Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

Corinne Lorraine uses Australia Post, specialist artwork transporters, and couriers depending on each artwork and delivery location.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping and/or handling and should be aware that where relevant, you will be liable and responsible for any import requirements or restrictions, licenses, duties, taxes, and/or government charges that may apply. Payment in full must be made before any delivery arrangements are put into practice.
Delivery times for artwork vary according to the location and schedule of the carrier and the availability of the artwork.
If a work is purchased from a current exhibition and that work is unique state, delivery will not be arranged until the exhibition has ended. If the work is a limited edition, delivery is based on the availability of the edition at the point of purchase. Some printmakers print the whole edition at one time and the purchase of such work can take place relatively quickly after the order is placed. Other printmakers print according to demand.
International deliveries will be organised on an individual basis, please contact Corinne Lorraine for further information on shipping to your destination and a quote can be provided.
Delivery times are indicative only. As delivery is made by an external party, Corinne Lorraine cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe stated delivery times.
The work can be collected from Corinne Lorraine for no charge although proof must be presented that the purchase has been settled in full.

Return & Exchange Policy

Corinne Lorraine offers customers a 7-day return period on original artwork from the time the purchaser receives delivery of the artwork should they change their mind once they see the artwork in person.

Corinne Lorraine understands that when you get your purchase home, sometimes, it just doesn’t look like you thought it would in the space you were thinking of hanging it. So the purchaser needs to email Corinne Lorraine their request to return the art.

  • The artwork must be repackaged as it was when delivered to them, and Corinne Lorraine will arrange for the work to be picked up and returned to the artist.

  • If any custom framing has Been added, the cost of extra framing will not be refunded.

  • The cost of return shipping will be covered by the purchaser and subtracted from the amount refunded once the art has been delivered back to the artist.

  • If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund.

  • Returns are not available on Limited Edition Prints, digital downloads, What is not a fish? Children find and seek Children’s Picture books due to the nature of the products and purchase of these are considered final sale once purchased and shipped.

  • Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. These will be covered as part of the insurance attached to the delivery and the purchaser will be covered for any damaged art Brought from Corinne Lorraine's website.
